Our New Years Eve Black & White Ball in the Watermark Restaurant is
an evening full of glitz & glamour. Celebrations begin in earnest with a
Champagne & Canapé Reception at 7.00 pm. A superb 6 course dinner
will follow at 7.30 pm with specially selected wines served throughout
your meal. Be sure to order your Champagne for the chimes at midnight, and keep on
going as the music will play well into the New Year!

Alternatively, join us at our New Years Eve Dinner Dance in our Paris Suite where the celebrations begin with Champagne at 7.30 pm and sit down at 8.00 pm to a mouth watering buffet dinner with wines served throughout your meal.
Raise a glass to the New Year and enjoy the entertainment until the early
hours. Be sure to order your Champagne for the chimes at midnight, and keep
on going as the music from our resident DJ will play well into the New Year!
